Well, that got a phone call.

Could you hear Steve over the shrieking? This was going great! He didn't need help at all!

"Hey, Danno! We don't happen to randomly have a nameplate with trucks on it that has your brother's name on it?"

"No, babe," Danny said, rubbing his eyes. "No, we do not."

"Kinda figured," Steve said. "So. Yeah. We have a visitor."

A loud, sticky visitor.

"I saw the texts, but..." He was trying to not notice them this weekend. "You good?"

"Course I'm good," Steve said.

He'd say that while actively on fire, too.

"You need the time in Honolulu with the kids," he added. The other kids?

"I'll be back on Monday," he promised.

"Matt and I will be at the station when you get in," Steve said, silently giving Danny the apartment to take a breath in.
