MCA #0, Wednesday Morning

Well, yesterday happened. And now Danny had a series of shots for rabies.

Which was just great.

But today he was sorting through some mail to find something addressed to him from the Navy. Which turned out to be paperwork on a life insurance policy for one Steve McGarrett with him as the beneficiary.

"Steven!"

"It would be extremely classy," Steve said, kissing Danny's neck again.

It would not be extremely classy.

"The only names you should get tattooed on you are kids," Danny informed him. Oh no, that would also encourage him.

Steve laughed and kissed along Danny's chest. "So where's Gracie's name?"

"That woulda been a little awkward back in Jersey," Danny replied quietly.

Steve reached up to run his thumb along Danny's cheekbone, offering silent support.

Danny kissed him for that kind of response. Since he was well aware of how things had gone with his daughter's namesake.

Steve had thought, more than a few times, about getting something on himself to commemorate Freddie. He understood.

Which was why Danny kept the kiss tender and intent to focus on keeping them both in the moment.

They really were covering a lot of ground this morning. Steve sighed and scratched his fingers along Danny's spine.

Apparently a week of being weird and finding out they were semi-married did things to them!

Or maybe it was just Danny. Because he was enjoying himself in the moment right now, sighing as he pressed in closer, straddling Steve's hips.

Steve smiled up at him. "You look good there."

"You like me on top, babe?" Danny asked with a little grin down at him.

Steve laughed. "Can't complain about the view," he said, reaching up to tweak one of Danny's nipples.

Danny laughed and arched forward a little bit into that. "Putz."

"You love it," Steve said, pinching the other side just a little bit harder.

"Keep that up," Danny replied, reaching for Steve's hair to tug on a little roughly.

Steve hissed. "You too," he said, rolling his hips.

"Bottle," Danny ordered, moving with him with a little sigh. And no, he wasn't going to let go of his grip anytime soon.

"Anyone ever tell you you're bossy as hell?" Steve teased, handing him the bottle.

"You like me bein' bossy," Danny shot back, only letting go of Steve's hair to take that. "What was it you said about only following the orders you liked?"

Steve laughed. "I'm not active duty any more," he said.

"Then you shouldn't have any trouble listening to me," Danny replied, pressing one hand down onto Steve's chest with a grin to encourage him to stay there.

"Mmm, don't really follow that," Steve teased.

[hatesparadise]

"I can always just go finish myself off in the bathroom," Danny said, twisting in place to jab a thumb at the doorway.

Steve's hands gripped Danny's hips tightly. "Don't you dare."
